Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
This application has been filed with a prayer to issue a suitable direction to expedite the proceedings of S.T. No. 90 of 2007 under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 427, 504, 302 IPC and 7 Crl. Law Amendment Act, P.S. Motiganj, District Gonda pending in the court of learned IV Addl. Sessions Judge, Gonda.
From the perusal of the record it appears that in the present case the order dated 18.11.2009 has been passed by another bench of this court by which the the proceedings of the above mentioned case has been expedited. The trial court shall proceed further in view of the direction given by another bench of this court on 18.11.2009, provided the proceedings are not stayed by any court.
With this direction, this application is finally disposed of.
