By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing respondent no.1 to decide Case No.146 of 2012-13, Computer Case No.T201214361174, Amrawati Vs. Mazoor Ahmad, under Section 34/40 Land Revenue Act, pending in the court of the Tehsildar (Judicial) Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur, expeditiously.
I have considered the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
It is expected that respondent no.1 shall expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it after affording opportunity of hearing to both the parties in accordance with law, if there is no other legal impediment on its way.
With the aforesaid direction, this petition is disposed of.
