Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The primary prayer made in the writ petition, reads thus:
"i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 06-07-2017 registered as Case Crime No. 512 of 2017, U/S- 498A, 323, 342, 506, 377, 392 I.P.C., & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Jagdishpura, District- Agra, (annexure no.2) to this writ petition." Mr. Syed Ali Murtaza, learned AGA, on instructions, submits that a Charge Sheet bearing No. 377 of 2018 dated 29 April 2018 has already been filed, and in view thereof, this petition renders infructuous.
The petition is, accordingly, disposed of as infructuous. It is, however, open to the petitioners to take appropriate remedy, if they so desire and are advised, for appropriate relief.
