It appears that the grievance of the petitioner is that the compensation determined by the authorities is without proper consideration of the usage/nature of the land that has been utilized/acquired.
The petitioner has only prayed for mandamus and has not challenged the order determining compensation.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with appropriate prayer and pleading.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
