Learned advocate for the parties have submitted that this petition be disposed of in light of the order passed in earlier matter being Special Civil Application No. 2696 of 2012, the said order is placed on the record at Page-27.

Learned AGP states under instructions that Power of Attorney executed in favour of petitioner would be accepted in the office of the Sub-Registrar, subject to compliance of the conditions mentioned the Resolution dated 30.07.2011.

The petition is disposed of. No costs. Liberty to file fresh petition in case of difficulty. Direct service permitted.
