1. Rule.
Mr.Niraj Ashar, learned A.G.P. waives service of Rule on behalf the respondents.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the application is taken up for final hearing forthwith.
3. By way of this application, the applicant has prayed for fixing the main writ petition being Special Civil Application No.8636 of 2010 for final hearing at the earliest.
4. The said writ petition has been admitted vide order dated 24.09.2010. Many other matters of pension are pending from 1992 onwards and as such, no priority can be given.
5. However, considering the averments made in the application and more particularly, considering the fact that as per the documents attached with this application, as the applicant-original petitioner is sick, the opponents are directed to file affidavit-in-reply to the main matter latest by 05.03.2012.
6. It would be open for the applicant to request for fixing the main writ petition for final hearing after the affidavit-in-reply is filed as per the above direction and after all pleadings are completed.
7. With the above observations, the application is dismissed. Rule is discharged. Direct service is permitted.
