The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Moradabad to decide Matrimonial Case No.60 of 2016 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within a specified time.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed annexing therewith the order sheet of the case which reveals that the opposite party to the proceeding has already entered appearance and is contesting the same.
Having regard to these facts, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that the trial court shall dispose of the proceedings having due regard to the provisions of Section 21-B of the Act.
