This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the respondent authorities (Police) to ensure the fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0040 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Mariyanhu, District- Jaunpur.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 23.02.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Jaunpur to ensure the fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0040 of 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station-
Mariyanhu, District- Jaunpur and submit the report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
