Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State/opposite party no.1.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking direction to the court below to decide the bail application of the applicant arising out of Case Crime No. 482 of 2018, under Sections 354, 452, 506, 376 I.P.C. & 8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, P.S. Merapur, District-Farrukhabad expeditiously.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the concerned Court below is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months fixing short dates, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that the parties shall cooperate in the proceeding and no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
