JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P3 proceedings of the 1st respondent. The counsel for the 3rd respondent points out that, Ext.P3 is dated 12.11.2012 whereas this writ petition is filed on 23.10.2014. There is no sufficient explanation for the delay.
In view of the delay and laches on the part of the petitioner in challenging Ext.P3, I am not satisfied that this writ petition should be entertained. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed.
