The applicant has approached this Court assailing the charge- sheet dated 20.01.2015 and cognizance dated 23.3.2015 and entire proceedings in case no.2725 of 2015 (State Vs. Rajnish Srivastava and others), arising out of case crime no.734 of 2013 under sections 147, 148, 353, 332, 323, 186 I.P.C., P.S.
Nawabad, District Jhansi, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhansi.
The applicant has approached this court after three years against the order of cognizance taken in 2015, however, it appears that applicant has been avoiding the trial court and at this belated stage I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
