THESE PETITIONS COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-
O R D E R The petitioners have challenged the endorsement dated 01.08.2015 bearing No.RRT(East) CR/97/13-14 issued by the respondent No.2.
2. It is not in dispute that the endorsement impugned herein is appealable and the petitioners have rushed to this Court without availing the alternative and efficacious remedy available under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, 1964. On this ground alone, writ petitions are not maintainable.
Accordingly, the writ petitions stand dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to resort to the appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
