JUDGMENT / ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors / respondents and punish the respondents for willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5945 of 2008, dated 03.01.2014.
2. Heard Mr.P.Senthur Pandian, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.K.Murugan, learned Government Advocate for the contemnors and perused the records.
3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the representations of the petitioner dated 29.02.2005 and 15.06.2007 were already considered by the respondents. The claim of the petitioner was originally rejected by the Tahsildar, Thiruppathur in her proceedings in Na.Ka.B5/6847/2015, dated 01.11.2017, which was confirmed by the District Collector, Sivaganga in her proceedings in Na.Ka.D1/2822/2014.
4. In view of the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders in the manner known to law. No costs.
