Alleging non-compliance of the order dated 19.10.2016, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19978 of 2016, the present contempt petition has been filed.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.Raveenthiran, Inspector of Police, Koodakoil Police Station, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District, is present before this Court.
3.Mr.D.Muruganantham, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that a final report in Crime No.46 of 2015 was filed in the month of December 2016. But, subsequently, it was returned for certain compliance. If the petitioner produces the original documents, the final report will be resubmitted after getting approval from the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
4.Recording the said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
