Even though the title of the petition mentions that "sale of proclamation for sale of said piece of Tribal Land issued by the respondent no.3". Considering the prayers prayed for in the present petition as well as notice at Annexure 'C', it transpires that notice is issued under the provisions of Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act 2002 and Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. Registry is therefore directed to verify and place the matter before the appropriate Bench after taking order from the Hon'ble Chief Justice.
