JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, apart from perusing the record. Since the issue lies in a narrow compass, this Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition at the admission stage itself. 2. Briefly stated, the petitioner, who was initially working as Headmaster in a School under the management of the sixth respondent in course of time got promoted as the Principal of another School under the same management. Ventilating his grievance that despite the promotion he has not been paid the salary attached to the post of Principal, the petitioner is said to have filed Exhibit P5 representation before the second respondent, who is yet to consider the said representation. Complaining of non-
W.P.(c) No. 30607 of 2014 2 disposal of Exhibit P5, the petitioner has approached this Court.
3. In the facts and circumstances, having regard to the respective submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the respondents, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the second respondent to consider Exhibit P5 representation of the petitioner in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, and pass appropriate orders thereon as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
