The applicant by the present application under Section 482 CrPC has challenged the order dated 2.1.2019 passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Baghpat. The Board has rejected the application of applicant after taking into consideration his date of birth issued by the Gaon Pradhan. The Board after taking into consideration that the said certificate has been issued after many years of birth of applicant which cannot be relied upon. The Board has taken into consideration in details the facts and circumstances for not relying upon the certificate of date of birth of applicant. I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the impugned order.
The application is dismissed.
