Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, Amitendra Dixit, in Case Crime No. 361 of 2020, under Sections- 147, 323, 495, 504, 506 & 498 I.P.C., Police Station- Bisrikh, District- Gautam Budh Nagar.
The informant has alleged that applicant married her, concealing his first marriage with another woman.
From the material collected by the Investigating Officer, the marriage of the applicant with the informant stands proved. Charge-sheet has been submitted against him. The court below has also refused to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
In view of paragraph 43 (2) of the judgement dated 05.04.2021 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application U/S 438 Cr.P.C. No. 2110 of 2021, Shivam Vs. State of U.P. and Another, this anticipatory bail application deserves to be rejected.
It is accordingly, rejected.
