The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus commanding the respondent University to accept requisite fee from the petitioner for issuance of provisional degree of B.Sc. III Examination which he claims to have passed in academic session 2016-17.
Learned counsel for Allahabad University, Allahabad states that provisional certificate has been issued to the petitioner on 26.10.2018 and degree would be issued after due verification within three weeks. Copy of provisional certificate has also been placed on record.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by providing that the original copy of the provisional certificate dated 26.10.2018 shall be made available to the petitioner as soon as he approaches the Joint Registrar (Examination), who has issued the said certificate and degree be also issued to him within three weeks.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
