Amitabh Thakur vs U.P.State Information ...

High Court Of Judicature at Allahabad|24 February, 2014

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Mahendra Dayal,J.
A preliminary objection has been raised by Shri Shikhar Anand, learned Advocate, who has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 1 that in the instant writ petition, several and different cause of actions have been shown for making reliefs thereon and as such, the instant writ petition is to be dismissed for want of deficiency in Court fee.
Petitioner, who appears in person, submits that the facts are common though he admits that different cause of actions have accrued. However, he prays that three days time may be granted to him to make good the deficiency in Court fee, which will be reported by the Stamp Reporter.
As prayed, time is allowed.
Registry is directed to place the record of the instant writ petition before Stamp Reporter, who, after verifying the facts and circumstances of the case, will inform the petitioner about the deficiency of Court fee, if any.
List the petition in the next week.
