The record gives out that the petition has already been adjourned four times. Today, learned Advocate for petitioner has tendered draft amendment. When asked to make submissions on merits of the petition, the learned Advocate for petitioner has submitted that she is not ready with the matter to make submission. She has requested for time. Though the petition has already been adjourned four times, only with a view to afford last opportunity to the petitioner, the hearing is adjourned to 30th March 2012.
Draft amendment is granted. The petitioner will carry out the amendment forthwith. It will be open to the respondent to file further affidavit, if required, in view of the amendment of the petitioner.
