1. The present Civil Application is filed for listing the main matter being Special Civil Application No.10341 of 2011 for final hearing which is filed by the applicant-original petitioner against the order of compulsory retirement passed by the respondents.
2. The main writ petition is admitted recently vide order dated 18.08.2011 and, therefore, no priority can be given to the same, as earlier matters, pending on the similar issue, are more than 10 years old.
3. It would be open for the applicant to request the Court for final hearing of the main matter after the pleadings are completed.
4. With the above observations, the application is dismissed. No order as to costs.
