Learned counsel for the applicant has filed two applications one for condonation of delay and another for recall/modification application supported by affidavit with a prayer to recall the order dated 23.8.2007 whereby the application under section 482 Cr.P.C. was dismissed for want of prosecution.
Case called out. No one has appeared on behalf of the applicant to press the application to recall the order dated 23.8.2007.
From the perusal of the record, it emerges out that the applicant has failed to put forth any justifiable reason to condone the delay for recalling the order dated 23.8.2007.
Both the applications have no merit and is accordingly dismissed.
Office is directed to communicate this order within 15 days to the court concerned to proceed with the case in accordance with law.
