The argument is that the allegation in the F.I.R. is that a sum of rupees 1,41,17,000/- has been paid to the accused-applicant by R.T.G.S.
The counsel for the applicant states that the amount paid to the applicant by R.T.G.S. and cheques by the informant shall be credited in bank A/c. of the informant, except the amount of about Rs. 15 lakhs, which have been taken as sale consideration in the sale deeds attached as one of the annexures of the affidavit in support of the bail application, within a week.
