Petitioner has applied for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School established by Basic Shiksha Parishad for which advertisement was issued on 15.12.2016. According to the petitioner he has already applied and has also appeared in the counselling but his claim has not been considered, although various posts are still lying vacant.
Sri A.K. Yadav, learned counsel for the respondent states that the grievance of the petitioner shall be examined by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, writ petition stands disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no. 3, in respect of his grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of his claim. The authority concerned shall consider the claim of petitioner and take an appropriate decision within a period of two months, by a reasoned order, in accordance with law.
