Present writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR dated 12.08.2021 registered as Case Crime No.246 of 2021 under Sections 323, 504, 506, 498A IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station-Kerakat, District-Jaunpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he does not want to press this petition.
Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
