Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Vikas Sahai, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No.236 of 2020, under Section 376 IPC and Section 3 and 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012, police station Kotwali, District Kanpur Nagar.
In the absence of any special circumstances having been alluded to as mandated in light of the decision of the Full Bench of the Court in Ankit Bharti Vs. State of U.P. [2020 (3) ADJ 575 (FB)], this application shall stand rejected with liberty to the applicant to approach the concerned Sessions Court.
