Sri Manish Goyal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned interlocutory order rejecting the Application 32ga amounts to a final finding on issue Nos.1 and 2 and, therefore, the impugned order deserves to be said aside.
Considering the facts and circumstances, this petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to raise all his arguments on issue Nos.1 and 2 at the time of final hearing of the case before the court below. The impugned order shall not be treated to be a final finding on issue Nos.1 and 2.
