This application for withdrawal of the present writ petition, supported by affidavit of the petitioner himself, has been filed by counsel for the applicant.
It is stated in paragraph 3 of the affidavit that both the parties are agreed to settle the dispute amicably and the petitioner wants to withdraw the present writ petition.
In view of the above, the Withdrawal Application is allowed.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
