Learned AGA pointed out that the Smt. Kiran has been wrongly arrayed as respondent no.4 being informant in the present petition though she is not the informant of the case and informant is Ravi Verma.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the present petition be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition.
The present writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh petition.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the FIR to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
