Order on Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No. 1 of 2019
Prayer for further extension of time to comply the order dated 31.10.2019 has been made.
Three days' time is granted to the applicant to deposit the amount before the Mediation centre in pursuance to order dated 31.10.2019 passed by this Court.
It is made clear that no further time shall be granted to deposit the amount before the Mediation centre and heavy cost would be imposed, if again such application is made.
This application is allowed.
