Learned counsel for petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition during the course of the day Smt. Santoshi respondent No.4 appears in person before the Court. She has been identified by Sri Rajeev Kumar Singh Parmar, Advocate. She claims herself to be major. In support of her age she has filed her Aadhar Card, in which her date of birth is mentioned as 1.1.2000. She states that she has voluntarily married to Amit @ Pappu petitioner No.1.
In view of the statement of Smt. Santoshi respondent No.4, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in Case Crime No. 0028 of 2019 under Sections 363, 366, 504 & 506 IPC and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, PS- Jahanganj, District- Farrukhabad till the submission of police report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C.
The petitioners shall co-operate with the police during investigation.
