Learned counsel for the petitioner chooses not to press this petition at this stage, subject to liberty being reserved to obtain the O.M.R. Sheet under the RTI Act, 2005.
Accordingly, it is provided that in case petitioner moves an application before the competent authority under the RTI Act, 2005 within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be duly considered and disposed of in accordance with law and with expedition.
The writ petition is disposed of.
