This petition has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to issue joining letters to petitioner on the post of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Riflemen in Assam Rifles Examination, 2018.
Sri S.P. Singh, learned Additional Solicitor General of India assisted by Sri Gyanendra Kumar Dwivedi, Advocate has obtained instructions from the Staff Selection Commission as per which the petitiner has already been selected and allotted Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB). It is further stated that as per the availability of training slot the petitioner would be issued appointment letter and sent for training in SSB.
In that view of the matter this petition is disposed of with the direction upon the concerned CAPF i.e. respondent no.3 to process petitioner's appointment in terms of the stand taken by learned A.S.G.I. within four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
