1. Heard Mr. Rajeev Upadhyay, learned counsel for applicants and learned A.G.A. State.
2. This application for anticipatory bail has been filed by applicants-Amit Kumar, Kartar Singh and Juli in connection with Case Crime No. 53 of 2021, under sections 376, 506, 120B IPC, Police Station-Kamalganj, District-Farrukhabad.
3. Having heard learned counsel for applicant, A.G.A. representing opposite party no.1 and Mr. Dinesh Kumar Gupta learned counsel for informant and upon perusal of record, the nature of the offence, complicity of the accused and the judgement of the Apex Court in P. Chidambaram Vs. Directorate of Enforcement, AIR 2019 SC 4198, this Court does not find any exceptional circumstances warranting interference under Section 438 Cr.P.C..
4. Accordingly, present application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
