Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 5.
The present writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent No.2- Additional Director of Education (Secondary) U.P. at Allahabad to transfer the petitioner on the post of Assistant Teacher English from Dwaba Vikas Inter College Dhanghata, District- Sant Kabir Nagar to Chaudhary Ilam Singh Jan Vidya Peeth Inter College, Satwai Bhola, Meerut.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that on some personal ground that his father was suffering from Cancer he wants his transfer on the vacant post of Assistant Teacher in the Chaudhary Ilam Singh Jan Vidya Peeth Inter College, Satwai Bhola, Meerut.
In this regard, the petitioner filed the representation dated 19.09.2018 but no order has been passed on the said representation.
In these circumstances, the respondent No.2- Additional Director of Education (Secondary) U.P. at Allahabad is directed to take the decision of the petitioner's representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.
