Learned Standing Counsel states that in identical facts and circumstances, Writ Petition No.8094 of 2018 has been disposed of by this Court, vide following orders dated 27.3.2018:-
"Learned Standing Counsel states that the respondents have examined the issue, and it was found that the answer uploaded on the website was not correct. A decision has been taken by the respondents to accord marks to all candidates for Question No.6.
In view of the stand taken by the respondents, no further grievance survives in the matter.
Writ petition is, accordingly, consigned to records, by recording the statement of learned Standing Counsel."
For the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of on the same terms.
