In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, following correction is being incorporated in the order dated 12.7.2018.
The date '09.08.2017' appearing in the paragraph nos. 5 and 6 of the order dated 12.7.2018 be deleted and replaced with the date '09.08.2018'.
