Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel for 1, 2 and 5 as well as Sri Kunwar Bahadur Srivastava for respondent nos.4 and 6.
The only prayer of the petitioner is to direct the second respondent to decide Arbitration Case Nos.D-201809550001333 and D- 201809550001337 within stipulated time.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that under Rule 240 of the U.P.Cooperative Rules,1968 the time period for deciding a reference under Section 70 of the U.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1965 is 3 months and already three months have expired..
Be that as it may, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this writ petition by providing that second respondent shall endeavour to bring the proceedings to its logical conclusion expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
