Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
A writ petition preferred by the applicant was disposed of on 4 September 2017 with a direction to the concerned authority to consider his claim for re-engagement. Evidently, no time frame was stipulated nor did the writ Court direct the authority to decide the claim expeditiously. In view thereof, this Court finds no deliberate disobedience so as to warrant initiation of proceedings in contempt at this stage.
It is accordingly dismissed with liberty however being reserved to the applicant to approach again in case the disposal of the petition is inordinately delayed.
