Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that his representation dated 12.9.2019 for appointment under the relevant Dying in Harness Rules is still pending before the District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Azamgarh.
The District Basic Shiksha Adhikari, Azamgarh is directed to decide the aforesaid representation dated 12.9.2019 submitted by the petitioner before him within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
It is clarified that this court has not expressed any opinion regarding the claim of the petitioner for appointment under Dying in Harness Rules.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
