2. This appeal under Section 19(1) of Family Courts Act, 1984 has arisen from judgment and order dated 11.10.2019 passed by Smt. Deepa Jain, Principal Judge, Family Court, Bulandshahar on an application filed under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (hereinafter referred to as "Act, 1955") awarding interim maintenance of Rs. 25,000/- per month which includes Rs. 3000/- each for three minor children residing with respondent- wife and a lump sum amount of Rs. 20,000/- towards litigation expenses.
3. Learned counsel for appellant contended that appellant's total carry home salary is Rs. 51,000/- but he could not dispute that he has three minor children who are residing with wife and for four units in family Rs. 25,000/-, cannot be said to be excessive, unjust or unreasonable. He further submitted that appellant is already paying some amount to respondent but on this aspect adduced no evidence either before Court below or before this Court.
4. No other point has been argued.
5. Appeal is accordingly dismissed at the stage of hearing under Order 41 Rule 11 C.P.C.
