After some argument counsel for the petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the instant writ petition to enable the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 25 of the Provincial Small Cause Courts Act, 1887.
The prayer made is allowed. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty in terms of the prayer made.
