Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for State-respondents and Sri Ram Bilas Yadav, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 & 5.
Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.08.2021, Sri Ram Bilas Yadav has produced instruction dated 20.09.2021 which is taken on record. He submitted that now salary has already been paid to the petitioner, therefore, petition may be dismissed as infructuous for which learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection.
Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
