Plaintiff/appellant is before this Court assailing the judgment and order dated 17.1.2018 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Ballia in Divorce Petition No. 518 of 2015, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act by which the learned Principal Judge has allowed the interim maintenance application of the defendant/respondent and has directed plaintiff/appellant to pay Rs. 3000/- one time from expense of the case and meagre Rs. 1000/- per month for maintenance in favour of the defendant/respondent.
Once the Court has declined to interfere, learned counsel for the appellant very fairly states that he does not want to press the present appeal and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.
Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed as not pressed.
