Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondentsand Sri Manoj Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondent authorities to implement the order of eviction so passed by Tehsildar Machhali Shahar, District Jaunpur dated 5.9.2016 in the matter within a specific period of time.
Present PIL is not supported by an affidavit of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdrawn the present petition with liberty to file fresh.
Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
No order as to costs.
