Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Singh, learned counsel for informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Amit Kumar Gupta, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.0161 of 2020, under Sections- 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Jaitpura, District- Varanasi, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 9.12.2020.
The order dated 9.12.2020 is confirmed.
Applicant will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 9.12.2020.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
