Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the order dated 15.11.2018 passed by the Family Judge/Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. No.2, Firozabad as well as the entire proceedings of Misc. Case No. 27 of 2018, under Section 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station- Shikohabad, District- Firozabad.
Submission is that the applicant has aggrieved by the order of Family Court awarding amount of maintenance of Rs.800/- per month to the opposite party No.2. The order passed by the court below is justified and calls for no interference.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial in the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
