JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Amit Balia, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 340 of 2020, under Section 3(1) U.P. Gangster Act and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, Police Station- Govind Nagar, District- Kanpur Nagr, during pendency of trial.
The applicant has been implicated for offence under Gangster Act. Application is barred by Section 438(6) Cr.P.C.
It is, accordingly, dismissed.
