Heard Mr. Shah, learned advocate for petitioners and Ms.Raval, learned APP for respondent No.1 State.
Learned counsel for petitioners has submitted that the petitioners Nos. 1 to 4 do not press present petition and learned counsel for petitioners has requested that the petition may be disposed of as not pressed/withdrawn for petitioners Nos. 1 to 4.
It is further requested that the petition is restricted only for petitioners Nos. 5, 6 and 7.
Therefore, so far as present petition is concerned, the petition is dismissed as not pressed/withdraw for Mr. Aminbhai Haroonbhai Ghaniyani, Mr. Haroonbhai Isabhai Ghaniyani, Ms. Kulsumben Haroonbhai Ghaniyani and Mr.Asifbhai Haroonbhai Ghaniyani, i.e. petitioners nos.1 to 4.
To that extent, the petition stands disposed of as not pressed/withdrawn.
Petition is restricted only for Ms.Rizwanaben daughter of Haroonbhai Ghaniyani, Ms.Farzanaben daughter of Haroonbhai Ghaniyani and Ms. Basheeraben daughter of Haroonbhai Ghaniyani, i.e. petitioners Nos. 5,6 and 7.
Notice returnable on 25th January 2013.
